Jason Ankeny is a Multinational Lawyer licensed to practice law in the United States and Canada. A former U.S. Immigration & Naturalization Service (INS) Officer/U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP) Officer, Jason gained more than a decade of experience enforcing U.S. Immigration and Customs laws of the United States.

Jason is also cofounder of The International Au Pair Exchange, a U.S. Department of State designated (private sector) cultural exchange agency engaged in the administration and placement of Au Pairs throughout the United States. As managing member and responsible officer, Jason participated in round-table policy-making at the U.S. Department of State in Washington DC.

With more than 20 years of combined experience in U.S. Immigration/Customs enforcement and international business involving cross border cultural exchange programs, Jason brings unique insights into trade, cross-border, and cultural exchange issues to his law practice. Because he comes from within the agency, Jason doesn’t rely on mere speculation as to what the agency requires for a successful outcome for his clients; he knows the agency mandate and expectations and uses his administrative law experience to the benefit of his clients.

Rebeca Plascencia

Rebeca Plascencia is a practicing lawyer licensed in the State of Arizona. Rebeca earned two bachelor degrees at Arizona State University within four years. She attended law school while concurrently working full-time as a Human Resources manager for a large grocery chain. During law school, Rebeca volunteered at various non-profit organizations and participated in Citizenship fairs throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area. She interned as a law clerk at Ankeny Law and was offered a full-time position upon graduation of law school. In her spare time, Rebeca enjoys reading, walking her dog, and spending time with family.
